- Application information: responses you provide when applying to a program.
- Program activity: submissions, attendance, messages, and notes within the portal.
- Billing information: when applicable, invoice and payment status records (we do not store card numbers; payments are processed by QuickBooks Online).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs for security and reliability.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate and improve the Service.
- To deliver program content and communicate with participants.
- To process applications, enrollments, and tuition.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse.

- Lovable Cloud (Cloudflare + Supabase): hosting and database infrastructure.
- Intuit QuickBooks Online: invoicing and accounting.
- Google: optional Sign-in with Google authentication.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Armory Academy, our users, or others.
4. Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access to administrative data is restricted to authorized staff using role-based access controls.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time, subject to recordkeeping obligations (e.g., billing history).
